Goods available on contracts are covered by the pledge. A complaint must be done within 10 days from a shipment date via contact form , e-mail : or by phone.

Detailed conditions of complaints:

Immediately after delivery or after collecting the goods the buyer is obliged to report to the Seller all quantity shortages of the goods.
Other claims for non-compliance with the order or the quality of the delivered goods must be notified within a maximum of 10 days after delivery. A complaint form must be attached.
Complaints shall be completed in accordance with applicable law.
If the client fails to follow the time limits referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2, products lose its warranty, unless Russell KW Kondraccy SJ establish with the client the other conditions.

Sellers consider complaints within 14 days.

If the Seller does not respond within 14 days, the claim is automatically recognized.
